Took my new truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor was great, service was fast. When I got in my truck, I found oily handprints on the outside door handle, door, hood, inside door handle, door panel, steering wheel, and the box where the lug lock is stored. The lug lock box was laying on my console and the glove box was open. I would appreciate it if the lube tech would wash up before pulling the truck out for the customer. I had just washed my vehicle before bringing it in for service. I guess I get to wash it again. I'll be servicing it myself from now on or, finding another dealership.

I came in for an oil change. The estimate was $70 for oil and oil filter change. Was told my engine air filter required changing as well as the cabin air filter and the wiper blades. The oil change estimate of $70 went to $300. Yes!!!! $300. The cabin filter, engine air filter and two wiper blades cost $230. That won't ever happen again. I'll purchase those items and change them myself......for way less than $230.
