Took my new truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor was great, service was fast. When I got in my truck, I found oily handprints on the outside door handle, door, hood, inside door handle, door panel, steering wheel, and the box where the lug lock is stored. The lug lock box was laying on my console and the glove box was open. I would appreciate it if the lube tech would wash up before pulling the truck out for the customer. I came in for an oil change. The estimate was $70 for oil and oil filter change. Was told my engine air filter required changing as well as the cabin air filter and the wiper blades. The oil change estimate of $70 went to $300. Yes!!!! $300. The cabin filter, engine air filter and two wiper blades cost $230. That won't ever happen again. I'll purchase those items and change them myself......for way less than $230.

Prompt and professional. Trent went above and beyond to find a tire to meet my budget and needs. Shannon made the arrangements including picking up my car, having it serviced and my tires changed, and then returning it to me before the end of my work day. They took the pressure off of me so I could do my job while they were doing theirs.

Great through the sales process, a little issue with the truck because another walt massy dealership checked the truck. But once Stephen (manager) was made aware, the truck was fixed. I have no complaints except being elderly I did not know how to get off my dash screen the icon that shows me my oil has hundred percent, and I had to make another trip back to the dealership for the guy to press one button and get it back to normal

I had concerns about a ton of sensor errors that had come up. Trent in Service told me to come on out and they would take a look at it. On the way there all the sensor error lights went away. Trent hold me that happens but when/if they come back on to drive out anytime they were open and they would hook up diagnostics for me. He was very polite.
My first experience with Massey Chevrolet in Franklinton, Louisiana was an EXCELLENT one. Everything was done just as promised, and when promised, the price quotedfor the repairs I needed seemed to me to be very fair. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use them for my repairs in the future.

I would not recommend any dealership other than this one. I have purchased more cars than I would like to admit... but the service and experience I had at Walt Massey Chevrolet in Franklinton is beyond greater than anywhere I've been. They explained everything in detail and were honest about everything even if they knew it was something I would not like to hear (like how much the note is as a 19 year old lol). If you are thinking about purchasing another vehicle here is where you want to go. Trust me.
