Oil change went well. Customer service was great. They washed my car, which was very nice. I gave them a 4 because he told me all my fluids were good. I knew my wiper fluid was out, so I questioned him about it. He said they topped off all fluids. My wiper fluid was still empty when I left. But overall a good experience.

While being stranded in the roadside, I contacted Chris Kelly by phone. He was helpful and ga e me the Roadside Assistance phone number. Thankfully My car cranked and I was able to drive it to the dealership where he helped me.
Charges were not what I was told . Ask agent if service had labor charges they said included in cost of part. Expect a bill of. around $400 not 589. Not happy.

The lady was fantastic to work with but the service manager was not as inclusive as I thought he should be. I brought in my Toyota Rav 4 for oil change and also my sons dodge ram 1500 truck for oil change. They were very detailed on my Rav 4, although the engine maintenance sensor that has been on since I purchased the vehicle is never addressed. This dealership from several previous owners and the current has never asked me when having oil changed if I wanted my air filters changed especially the cabin filter; amazing considering the markup applied to parts!

Took my new truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor was great, service was fast. When I got in my truck, I found oily handprints on the outside door handle, door, hood, inside door handle, door panel, steering wheel, and the box where the lug lock is stored.
